Compute neutral current from phase currents in a 3-phase system (fundamental frequency).
Method: I_N = √(I_A² + I_B² + I_C² − I_AI_B − I_BI_C − I_CI_A).
Note: Triplen harmonics may increase neutral current; evaluate separately per IEEE 519/NEC 220.61.
