Estimate starting voltage dip using available short-circuit MVA at the bus.
Method: Istart ≈ k × IFLA, with k ~ 6 typical. Isc = MVAsc×10^6/(√3·V). %Dip ≈ (Istart/Isc)×100.
Standards: IEEE 141/399 guidance; check utility/owner limits (e.g., ≤10–15%).
