Estimate starting voltage dip using available short-circuit MVA at the bus.
Method: I_start ≈ k × I_FLA, with k ~ 6 typical. I_sc = MVA_sc×10^6/(√3·V). %Dip ≈ (I_start/I_sc)×100.
